The Atlantic Coast
Cutting Horse Association invites you to participate in the ACCHA
Subscribed Stallion Auction and Incentive Program. Your participation

coast's most prestigious cutting event, the 28th Annual Augusta
Futurity featuring the fourth Western Horseman Cup Finals. The
monies raised from this auction are to be prorated between cash bonuses
in the finals and the 2012 Incentive Fund. ALL foals sired by
participating stallions entered in the Augusta Futurity in their
four-year-old year (2012) will automatically be eligible to compete for
this incentive purse.
The ACCHA Auction will be
conducted by Colonel Ben Emison.

All breedings donated to the program will be offered for sale. In order for a
bid to be considered, IT MUST BE FAXED (see below) BEFORE 9:00 AM ON THE DAY OF
THE AUCTION, OR BID IN PERSON. The highest bid received by close of the auction,
will purchase the breeding. Pre-auction bids will set the base bid on that
particular breeding, each breeding will be awarded to the highest bidder.
Stallion donations must be in the ACCHA office by November 1, 2006, to be
included in the NCHA Chatter and QH News.
Stallion owners may place a minimum to be met on their breeding, and if the minimum is not met, then stallion owner agrees to purchase the breeding for the minimum, and the stallion will then be entered in the incentive program.
A stallion owner/donor may purchase their own stallion service at the time of donation for 70% of the advertised or established breeding fee. This will eliminate the stallion from the public auction, but the stallion will still be listed in all publications and on our websites, and foals will be eligible for the incentive program.
Winning bid must be a minimum of $1,000 for stallion to participate in the incentive program. The stallion owner has the obligation to donate the bid difference.
Any breeding purchased through the ACCHA Subscribed Stallion Auction may not be transferred or re-sold by the purchaser. Breedings are for the 2007 season only.
Important Notice:
The purpose of this program is to create an incentive fund for ALL four year old
foals by subscribed stallions entered in the Augusta Futurity and enhance
availability of premiere cutting stallions to the east coast cutting industry.
In view of this purpose, there will be no refund of winning bids for any reason.
After the bidding has been completed, any transaction dealing with the breeding
will be solely between the stallion owner and the mare owner. It will in no way
involve the ACCHA or Augusta Futurity. Submitting a contract indicates
acceptance of the foregoing statements. Please include a photocopy of the
stallion's registration papers and a photocopy of your breeding contract.
